Whether you’re a beginner or expert, the YMCA offers a variety of equipment, classes and programs for getting and staying healthy.  As a member of the YMCA, you are awarded complete access to all of our group exercise classes.  For questions regarding our schedules, please visit Member Services.

Functional Fitness is a type of exercise that supports everyday life. It includes movements such as walking, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lunging, and core exercises, which improve functional strength.
