Stay active and connect with your community in the YMCA Adult Volleyball League — perfect for friends, co-workers, church groups, and family. Whether you’re a seasoned player or looking for a fun way to meet new people, this league offers competitive play in a social, supportive environment.
League Highlights:
- Open to individuals and full teams
- Co-ed format (6 v 6) with at least two females on the court at all times
- Great mix of fun, competition, and community
- Maximum of 4 teams / 40 players this season
- Two matches per night for each team
Schedule:
- Orientation & Pre-Season: Friday, March 14 at 6:00 PM
- Teams announced, rules reviewed, and pre-season games played (pre-season games do not count toward standings)
- Regular Season Start: March 21
- Tournament: May 9
- Spring Break: No games April 18
